- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *2 pieces boneless chicken thighs with skin*1/2 bundle green onion*3-4 tbsp "Shiso" dressing*Salt* "Shichimi" seven-spice chili mix
1. Season the chicken thighs lightly with salt.
2. Thinly slice the green onion.
3. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat till piping hot. Sautée the chicken the skin facing down first. Sautée till both sides turn golden brown and crispy.
4. Cut the chicken into "Sogi-giri" diagonally cut slices while they are still hot.
5. Set the chicken slices on a plate.
6. Top generously with thinly sliced green onion and spoon the "Shiso" dressing around the chicken just before eating. Flavor the chicken with a little "Shichimi" chili mix if you prefer.
